BCC Construction began as a small property management maintenance team in downtown Sacramento, focused on supporting the upkeep and repair of residential multi-family homes and mixed-use commercial properties.

Early on, we recognized an opportunity to go beyond reactive maintenance. Instead of waiting for things to break, we started working with clients to take a more strategic, proactive approach to property care — introducing preventative maintenance and asset preservation planning. We soon saw that by making thoughtful upgrades alongside repairs, we could not only extend the life of the property but also significantly enhance its value and livability.

This vision led to the creation of our Renovation and Design Department — where client ideas came to life in updated floorplans and elegant, modern finishes. We began transforming spaces into more sophisticated, functional, and inviting places to live and work.

What started in multi-family and commercial buildings naturally expanded into single-family homes, where we now deliver full interior and exterior renovations tailored to each client's goals and lifestyle.
