BCC Construction started from a small property management maintenance team in downtown Sacramento, aiming to help repair and maintain residential multi-family homes and mixed-use commercial spaces.
It soon became obvious that it would make sense to help our clients see beyond the reactive approach to property upkeep, and began making improvements to the homes proactively. From preventative maintenance and asset preservation planning, we quickly saw that making upgrades when making the repairs would vastly increase the longevity of the space.
Thus, creating a renovations and design department to take our clients' visions to the walls and floorplans of the spaces. building modern, sophisticated, and elegant places to work and live. This approach then moved into the single family home realm, where BCC Construction began completing full interior and exterior renovations for our clients,
Currently, we offer home repairs, interior design/build services, and asset preservation services in order to help our clients simply make a quick repair in their home, preserve, upgrade, or update their current home, and turn it into their forever home as seamlessly and painlessly as possible.
